Identify/suggest plans to integrate new & existing test processes; Manage/coordinate environment prep & testing for Functional, Performance,Regression, UAT & System Validation tests; Develop standards/procedures for coding, documentation, storage, & naming conventions for manual & automation test scripts; Be Subject Matter Expert to help develop automation framework/scripts using Keyword driven automation methodologies; Install necessary tools for development/testing/work on methods to leverage IT solutions & test process design/implementation; Identify process improvements of, and develop/document Testing Standards in Funct'l Automation, Perf Testing, Bug Tracking & Monitoring of apps; Research drawings, design reports, app functionality & test specifications as necessary to create/maintain QM documentation for internal library; Identify functionality & performance issues including dead lock conditions, database connectivity issues, system crashes under load and document defects; Develop structured reporting procedures to update management w/status reports in weekly meetings & status calls with testing teams world wide.
